Our journey in pest control began over 50 years ago. Before settling in Casa Grande, we operated extermination businesses in Benson and Phoenix, Arizona. As a trusted local exterminator, we have built lasting relationships with customers, contractors, realtors, commercial accounts, and employees—a truly rewarding adventure.

When we first arrived in Casa Grande, Joe took on the hands-on work, establishing a strong client base, while Jami managed bookkeeping and daily scheduling. Over the years, we have grown from a small home office to owning our own office complex, thanks to our experienced team and loyal customers.

Our family has grown alongside the business. Our daughter, Kim Branham, has blessed us with three beautiful granddaughters—Ashley, Chloe, and Ellie. Kim has been an integral part of the company for over a decade, managing the Termite Department and serving as the franchise director.

Ashley, along with her husband, Michael Bishop, plays a vital role in our operations. Ashley manages the office, oversees the daily schedules of all Pest Technicians, and ensures the company remains compliant with current rules and regulations. Michael supervises the Termite Technicians, ensuring top-quality service. Chloe and Ellie have also joined the team as receptionists, assisting with office tasks and various projects. We are incredibly proud of the dedication and expertise of our technicians and office staff, whose hard work keeps the business running smoothly.

Though we are originally from Kentucky, Casa Grande has become our home. As an experienced local exterminator, we have had the privilege of forming lifelong friendships here and take great pride in delivering reliable and professional pest control services to our community. We are committed to serving our customers with integrity, pride, and excellence. Above all, we are deeply thankful to our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom all blessings flow.
